| 摘 要： | 以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向已成为高等职业教育改革与发展的主旋律.与传统精英模式的高等教育不同,工民建专业的设置要以满足社会需要为目标,人才的定位发生很大变化,我们要致力于从职业道德、知识结构、职业能力等三方面下手,培养工民建专业具有“三种能力”,“三个去向”的应用型高等技术人才.
