基于模糊控制的单神经元PID配浆浓度控制

摘    要:配浆浓度控制过程具有大干扰、强滞后的特点,针对这一对象,本文提出一种基于模糊控制的单神经元PID配浆浓度控制算法.该算法采用双闭环控制,外环为弥补系统滞后利用模糊控制器,进行智能控;内环根据浓度变化的预测值,采用单神经元PID模块对稀释水流量进行调节,抑制系统干扰.实际应用效果证明该算法的有效性.

Abstract:The process of plasma consistency control is often greatly disturbed and sluggish.In view of this phenomenon,a single neuron PID control algorithm based on fuzzy control is brought forward.This algorithm is controlled by two closed rings and is proved to be effective by practical application.The outer ring uses the intelligent control of fuzzy control to make up for the lateness of the system.The inner ring,according to the changes of predicted value,uses single neuron PID module to adjust the dilution water and inhibit the interference of the system.
