| 摘 要： | 我国侦查阶段律师帮助制度的完善，有赖于对其制度价值的认同，对国际标准的参照，对域外经验的借鉴：认同其矫正控辩失衡、强化人权保障、促进诉讼民主等制度价值，参照平等保护、及时实现、有效保障等国际标准，借鉴权利法定、规则精密、制度配套等域外经验。
