| 摘 要： | 自20世纪中叶开始,兴安岭东南麓地区的扎赉特旗蒙古人或有组织或零星地陆续迁入兴安岭北麓之呼伦贝尔牧区,由此改变了呼伦贝尔牧区蒙古族人口结构,并带来一系列社会影响。其中以20世纪60年代集体移民最具规模。其主要原因是为了响应党和国家的政策,支援边疆、补充呼伦贝尔牧区劳动力以及近代以来内蒙古东部农耕地区人口膨胀、土地窘促以及为了躲避＂三年困难时期＂等原因所引起的。

| Abstract: | Since mid 20th century,the Mongolians of Jalaid Banner in the southeast of Xing’an Mountains migrated into Hulun Buir pastoral area in the north of Xing’an Mountains either in groups or sporadically,which changed the structure of the Mongolian population in Hulun Buir and brought about a series of social influence.A-mong the migrations,the collective migration in 1960s was of the largest scale.The main reasons are: first,respon-ding to the policies of the party and the country to support the frontier area and making up for the labor deficiency in Hulun Buir pastoral area;secondly,the swelling population in the eastern farming areas in Inner Mongolia in modern times;thirdly,lack of farming land and last but not least,avoiding"three-year difficult time". |
