| 摘 要： | 创办江苏开放大学是江苏省社会发展的必然趋势。建立一个完整的、系统的、有效的学习服务体系的质量评价机制是江苏省创办开放大学的重要基础。文章认为江苏开放大学学习服务体系的质量评价机制具体应包括评价原则、评价意义、评价目的、评价主体、评价指标及权重分配、评价方法及评价结果处理等七个方面。
