| 摘 要： | 本文分析了网络环境下县级图书馆机遇与挑战并存的现实，提出县级图书馆必须转变服务理念，搞好图书馆阵地建设，并依托全国文化资源共享工程优秀资源，拓展县级图书馆延伸服务，通过服务县城、服务社区、服务农村，使文化信息真正普及到全县范围，全方位服务全县人民。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the coexistence reality of opportunities and challenges of the county libraries under the network environment,proposes the county library must change the service concept,improve the construction of the library.By relying on the excellent resources of the National Cultural Resources Sharing Project,county library will expand the county level library extension services through service to the county,community and rural areas so that the cultural information will spread to the county-wide and provide full-service to people of the county. |
