乌蕨黄酮类化合物薄层层析及紫外光谱研究

摘    要:为探讨乌蕨黄酮类化合物的成分,通过提取乌蕨(采自南安)地上部分的黄酮类化合物,测得其总黄酮含量为1.41%.并将其黄酮类化合物进行薄层层析及紫外光谱分析,发现乌蕨黄酮类化合物只含有一种成分,且其紫外光谱特征与异黄酮的紫外光谱特征相似,据此推测乌蕨黄酮样液分离出的一种黄酮类化合物可能为异黄酮.

Abstract:This paper describes extracting flavonoids from stenoloma chusanum uper earth part and determines that its total flavonoids is 1.41%.By chromatography only one constituent of flavonoid from the stenoloma chusanum is isolated.Through analysis of characteristics of ultraviolet absorption spectrum of flavonoid from the stenoloma chusanum it is found that the characteristics of ultraviolet absorption spectrum of flavonoid from the stenoloma chusanum is the same as isoflavone's.According to characteristics of ultraviolet absorption spectrum of flavonoid from the stenoloma chusanum we can infer that the constituent of flavonoid from the stenoloma chusanas is probably isoflavone.
