| 摘 要： | 大学新生在适应期阶段,内心的困惑有向积极方向发展的可能,也有向消极方向发展的可能,具有极强的可塑性。因而要积极发挥辅导员的作用,完善入学教育内容,开展心理健康教育,增强新生心理调适能力,同时要关注对特殊群体的帮助和教育。
