| 摘 要： | 听证制度是现代民主政治的产物，在建设现代化法制社会的进程中具有重要的价值与力量。以广州市为例，分析广州听证制度建设的现状和存在问题，着重从建设“阳光”听证、规范听证程序和基本内容、拓宽听证范围、造就专业听证主持人队伍、鼓励和支持社会力量参与垄断行业竞争、注重听证结果处置等六个方面提出进行优质的听证制度建设。

| Abstract: | Hearing system,which is the outcome of modern democratic politics,has its significant value and strength in the course of constructing a modern jural society. This thesis,after analyzing the present situation and the problems existing in the course of construction of a hearing system in Guangzhou,puts forward how to build a hearing system of high quality from six aspects,such as setting up a hearing system open and equal to all,standardizing the procedure and the content of the hearing,expanding the scope of hearing,developing a professional team of hearing chair-persons,encouraging social entities to take part in the competition with monopolized trade,and paying more attention to the treatment of the result of hearing. |
