学校与社区关系及其改善策略

摘    要:学校与社区是一种双向互动的关系。该互动关系可以概括为以解决问题为出发点的互动模式、以教育资源共享为前提的互动模式、以法制规范为指导的互动模式、以社区活动为依托的互动模式以及以组织为基础的互动模式。为改善学校与社区关系,可以采取校长创建良好关系策略、运用媒体改善关系策略、家校关系改善策略、学校危机预防与管理策略以及沟通策略等。

Abstract:The relationship between school and community is a kind of interaction and it can be summarized into four models: solving problems model,sharing resources model,law guiding mode,community activities model and organizational based model.In order to improve the relationship,it is necessary to adopt the strategies of improving relations by principals,improving relationship through mass-media,improving the relationship between families and schools,solving and managing dangerous situations in school and communicating and understanding for each other.
