| 摘 要： | 高校办公室作为学校机关和领导的秘书部门，在高等教育改革不断向纵深推进、发展日益迅猛的新形势下，高校办公室职能环境面临新的形势和新的要求。本文就高校办公室秘书职能环境的分析、对策和优化要求及优化过程中须处理好的三种关系进行了浅议。

| Abstract: | College office is the secretary department of school organ and leaders, under the in-depth re- form and the increasingly rapid development of higher education under the new situation, the functional environment of the college office will face to a new situation and new requirements. In this paper, the author discusses on the analysis of the college office secretary functional environmental, strategies and optimization requirements, and the three relationships to be handled in the optimization process. |
