| 摘 要： | 随着国家与社会的发展,西方资本主义国家政府绩效评估价值选择的核心价值理念由效率与理性之诉求演变至奥斯本路径与登哈特路径之选择.改革开放初期,效率至上的核心价值理念使中国经济得以迅猛的发展.然而,过于强调效率致使政府绩效评估价值选择面临着新的挑战.适时,我党于十七大报告中拓展了科学发展观的理论内涵,为政府绩效评估的价值选择系统地注入了创新内容.
