| 摘 要： | 作为少数民族自治县,三江侗族自治县发展体育旅游产业具有很好的基础条件:体育旅游资源极其丰富,不断完善的产业政策,良好的产业基础,市场环境明朗。但其存在的问题也不容忽视:经济发展水平落后,管理体制落后、缺乏对产业融合发展的有效领导,市场规模尚未形成,复合经营管理人才匮乏。基于此,未来三江县体育旅游产业的发展路径主要在于:进行管理制度创新、政府重点扶持,集聚发展、形成品牌,构建产业发展的交流与展示平台,加强人才的引进和培育等四个方面。

| Abstract: | As a minority Autonomous County, the development of sport-tourism industries in Sanjiang Dong Autonomous County have a good basic conditions： the rich sport-tourism resources, the continuous improvement of industrial policy, a good industrial base and broad market environment. But the existing problems cannot be ignored： The backward level of economic development, the backward management sys-tem and the lack of effective leadership to the development of industrial integration, the market scale not yet formed, the lack of composite management personnel. Based on this, the paths Sanjiang developing the sport-tourism industries in the future mainly lie in： conduct the innovation of management system and gov-ernment focus on supporting, cluster development and Form a brand, construct industry development plat-form for communication and display. |
