| 摘 要： | 作为中国近代开埠后第一代新商人群体,宁波帮抓住了时机,积累了财富。深谙"利市百倍"之道的宁波帮将钱庄变为银行,将手工工场变为机器工厂。他们带给近代中国社会的,不仅是充足的资金,还有近代的经营管理理念以及先进的思想文化。在自身转化为资产阶级群体之时,他们也影响了社会的近代化变迁。

| Abstract: | Modern Ningbo Successful businessman, actively involved in the charity in their hometown. In the process of charity,Ningbo gang paid much attention to organizational management and the charity brand building; the charity technology innovation and education investment. Ningbo gang charities with the local traditional formed a certain characteristic charity culture. To discuss and summarize the Ningbo gang charity has certain enlightenment function to our country current charity culture construction. We should enhance the whole society＇s charitable consciousness, establish a scientific charity system, carry forward the humanitarian charity culture, draw lessons from Ningbo gang charity experience. |
