| 摘 要： | 以红王子锦带的当年生幼嫩茎段为外植体，研究了基本培养基、植物生长调节剂种类和浓度对茎芽增殖、生长以及对生根诱导的影响。结果表明：适合红王子锦带增殖和生长的基本培养基为MS；继代增殖培养时，MS培养基中附加6-BA2．5mg／1时，平均有效芽数达到3个以上，高生长和强壮度都好于附加KT；附加6-BA2．5mg／1的MS培养基中添加0．05mg／1NAA对芽数和芽长均有促进作用；在WPM培养基上附加NAA0．1mg／1、IBA0．05mg／1和蔗糖20g／1，生根率高，根系发育良好。

| Abstract: | Using newly spouted shoots nodal segments as a source of initial explants,the effects of basal medium,plant growth regulators types and concentration on shoot proliferation,growth and rooting of Weigela florida cv.'red-prince' were studied.The results showed that the rich salt medium MS is more suitable for initial and multiplication culture.Shoots number and elongation were better on MS medium supplemented with 6-BA2.5 mg/l than with KT. Adding NAA0.05 mg/l to medium can further shoot proliferation and elongation.The excellent root system and high rooting rate were obtained on WPM medium with NAA 0.1 mg/l,IBA 0.05 mg/l and sucrose 20 g/l. |
