| 摘 要： | 在房地产市场出现泡沫的时代，作为同城域的房地产企业，谁能掌握竞争情报，谁就能拥有市场和较高的回报，本文通过对同城域房地产企业竞争情报与竞争情报系统研究，指出了收集竞争情报的重要性，确定了房地产企业竞争情报方向，给出了建立房地产竞争情报系统的模块，为同城域房地产企业的竞争，在一定程度上指明了方向。

| Abstract: | In the times of foam - emerging real estate market .Whoever can possess competitive intelligence can the enterprise possess the market and high returns . By researching on the competitive intelligence of the same - region real estate enterprises and CI system, this thesis points out the import me of colleing CI determines the trend of the CI for real estate enterprises , puts forward the module for construing real e state CI system and to a certain extent, it indicates the direion for the competition of the same - region real estate enterprises. |
