| 摘 要： | 图书馆的工作中,读者服务工作是高校图书馆工作的重要组成部分,读者有利用图书馆的需求,也是图书馆不断追求的最终目标。通过分析图书馆服务的现状和存在的问题,阐述了读者对图书馆服务的要求,确立了读者第一位的服务中心,并围绕这个中心采取相应的策略最终达到满足读者需求的最终目的。

| Abstract: | service to the readers is an important part of the work in the library. It is the readers who use the library. By ana-lyzing the present situations and problems of library services ,the article explained the requirements of readers for the libraryand made readers-first as the center of the service around which the author has taken some relevant strategies to achieve hisfinal aim：satisfying the need of the readers. |
