| 摘 要： | 导学群是针对电大开放教育的专门性的教学服务管理体系,在教学实践中存在许多困惑。消除这些困惑是导学群当前面临的迫切任务,而增强学生的学习动力,提高学生的学习能力,建立完善对开放教育学生管理体系和规范运作程序是消除困惑的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Learners' Guidance Group is the special teaching management service system,for which we have much puzzle in teaching practice.It is the urgent task for Learners' Guidance Group to dispel those puzzle.It is an effective method to dispel the puzzle by enhancing student study power,increasing student study ability,building perfect management system for open education students,and managing normly. |
