| 摘 要： | 知识转化是知识管理的核心内容，在很大程度上决定着知识管理的成败，是近年来知识理论关注的热点领域。知识转化的实施直接促进了企业核心能力的形成，因而是一项极为重要的知识管理战略。通过对知识转化的背景、条件、框架、环境、以及与核心能力相关性的论述，可以深刻地揭示了知识转化的特征，从而为我国企业大力实施知识转化战略创造了有利的条件。
