| 摘 要： | 结合清华大学第二附属医院医疗设备管理的实践,分析了医院在医疗设备管理中存在的问题,特别是医疗设备使用率低的问题。从制度建设、人员培养、提高设备使用率等方面探讨了加强医疗设备管理的措施。阐述了建立医疗设备三级管理体系,科学配置通用设备和专科设备的问题。
