| 摘 要： | 现代化带来了政治意识和政治参与的扩大.作为社会的中间结构,团体是政治社会化的重要媒介和场所;可以聚集、维持和支持政治参与;事实上,它与政党之间存在着历史的和逻辑的联系.团体本身即是一个重要的参与环节和渠道,同参加普选相比,公民参与团体更有助于引导政治参与步出歧途,促进政治发展.自然,对团体的担忧与批评,人们亦有充分的理由.

| Abstract: | Modernization brings the expansion of the political consciousness and participation. As the intermediate framework of the society, the group is an important intermidiary and an important place of the political participation. It can gather,maintain, and support the political participation. In fact, there is a historical and a logical relation between the group and the political party. The group itself is an important participation link and an important participation channel.Compared with the participation in the general election, the citizens' participation in the groups is more helpful to guide the political participation out of the wrong road, which advances the political development. Naturally, people have enough reasons to worry about and criticize the group. |
