| 摘 要： | 建构社会主义和谐社会是加强党的执政能力建设的重要内容，和谐社会是一个社会结构合理、价值共识达成、制度安排科学的社会；社会转型随着改革的深化，利益分化明显，利益矛盾突出，为了构建社会主义和谐社会必须合理调整社会结构，协调好各种利益关系，大力推进制度创新，加强执政党执政能力建设，统筹人与自然的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | Constructing a socialism harmonious society is the important content of strengthening the construction of being in power of the party. The harmonious society is a society that the social structure is reasonable, common value is reached, the system is scientifically arranged. With the decelopment of reform, the interests split up obviously in the transformation period of society, interests contradiction is conspicuous. So constructing socialism harmonious society must pay attention to merger to the social relationships, coordinate the relation between various kinds of interests, advance system innovation in more cost-effective manner, strengthen the construction of being in power of the party, coordinate the harmaonious development between human and nature. |
