近10年摘帽贫困县幼儿园教师精神生活变迁考察

摘    要:JP2]通过对我国中部地区三个已摘帽国家级贫困县幼儿园教师于2012年和2020年的两次问卷调查和追踪访谈,勾勒出该群体精神生活的变迁图景:心理生活变迁呈现出压力水平显著上升、自我认知保持良好的特点;文化生活变迁呈现出闲暇时间缩短、公共性文化活动减少、自主性增强的特点;心灵生活变迁呈现出反思意识增强、重视个人努力、常葆专业热忱的特点。为促进欠发达地区幼儿园教师精神成长,研究建议:全社会营造尊师重教的社会氛围,尊重欠发达地区幼儿园教师在幼儿保教工作中的精神劳动;从幼儿园环境创设与文化休闲公共设施建设两方面入手,为县、乡、村各级幼儿园教师乃至社会大众提供文化生活的软硬件;为幼儿园教师留出闲暇时间,鼓励其成为积极的反思型教师,充分发挥其选择精神生活方式的主观能动性。

An Investigation of the Changes of Kindergarten Teachers' Spiritual Life in Poverty-stricken Counties in the Past 10 Years

Abstract:Based on the two questionnaires and follow-up interviews with kindergarten teachers in three national-level poverty-stricken counties with poverty elimination in central China in 2012 and 2020,this paper outlines the picture of the changes in the spiritual life of this group.The change in psychological life shows the characteristics of significant increase in stress level and good self-cognition;the change in cultural life is characterized by the shortening of leisure time,the reduction of public cultural activities and the enhancement of autonomy,while the change in spiritual life is characterized by the enhancement of self-reflection,the emphasis on personal efforts and the constant maintenance of professional enthusiasm.In order to promote the spiritual growth of kindergarten teachers in underdeveloped areas,it suggests that the whole society should create a social atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education,and respect the spiritual labor of kindergarten teachers in underdeveloped areas in child care and education;that starting from the creation of kindergarten environment and the construction of public facilities for culture and leisure,the software and hardware of cultural life should be provided for kindergarten teachers at all levels of county,township and village,and even the public;and that school should set aside leisure time for kindergarten teachers,encourage them to become positive reflective teachers,and give full play to their subjective initiative in choosing spiritual life style.
