| 摘 要： | 研究采用永年标准件产业集群数据,对影响集群内企业家的预期判断影响因素进行实证研究,结果表明企业家的社会活动圈、从业经验、知识结构及接受知识的途径,即信道的宽度和口头的交流方式等与企业家的预期判断有着显著的相关性,而在这个集群中的行业协会、企业的成立时间和规模对企业家预期与判断不存在显著的相关性.

| Abstract: | The geographic nearness and social characters provide advantages to the individual learning of enterpriser; furthermore the learning of enterpriser promotes the development of regional industrial cluster. This paper made an empirical analysis on the learning mechanism of enterpriser and factors which effected the anticipation and decision of enterprisers in cluster on the data of Yongnian standard components cluster, and the analysis provided that there was a strong positive relationship between the anticipation and decision of enterprisers and the circle of their social activity, experience, knowledge structure, and the ways to gain knowledge, that were the breadth of channel and oral communication, but a negative relationship between the anticipation and decision of enterprisers and the open time and the size of firms, and the guild of this industry either. |
