| 摘 要： | 以2006年福建省新农村建设“百村”问卷调查数据为基础，剖析了福建省农村金融需求状况及其存在的问题，从农村金融需求角度分析农村是否存在需求型金融抑制现象，最后围绕着如何满足福建农村金融需求，提出完善农村金融供给体系，建立农村资金的回流机制，改善农村金融生态环境，建立农业保险体系，规范民间金融等对策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the questionnaire survey of "Hundreds Villages" for the rural construction in Fujian,the author analyses the financial demands and the problems in rural areas of Fujian.From the view of rural financial demands,the author discusses whether there is a kind of Demand-orient Financial Repression in rural areas.Then,in order to satisfy rural financial demands in Fujian,the author puts forwards some ideas of perfecting rural financial supply system,forming the mechanism of returning cash flow in rural areas,improving rural financial environment,setting up agricultural insurance system and specifying private finance. |
