| 摘 要： | 近年来,我们的教育研究越来越重视基础教育的均衡发展这一问题。基础教育均衡发展是符合时代特征的一种全新的教育发展观与教育理念,也是我国教育政策的一个重要的取向以及价值选择。文章从基础教育均衡发展的重要性出发,探讨我国基础教育均衡发展的依据以及我国基础教育均衡发展中存在的问题及解决的策略,以期为我国基础教育的均衡发展提供一定的借鉴。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the education research pay more and more attention to the balanced development of basic education.The balanced development of basic education is a new education development concept and the idea of education in line with the characteristics,an important orientation and the choice of value of China’s education policy.The paper from the importance of the balanced development of basic education,to explore the existence of the basic education and the problems and solving strategies in the basic education,in order to provide some reference for the balanced development of basic education in China. |
