摘    要:氧化淀粉的水解是肝泰乐生产中非常关键的步骤,传统的做法是加温加压下的酸法水解,该法水解条件的选择和水解终点的确定都比较困难。通过理论分析和试验研究我们找到了一种新的水解方法,即碱性水解。碱法水解可以在常压下完成,水解终点易于确定,且最终产率比现有的酸法水解的产率高,因而是一种有着良好应用前景的方法,值得进一步研究和开发。

Abstract:Hydrolysis of oxidized starch is a pivotal step of producing glucuronolactone Acid hydrolysis with high temperature and pressure is a accustomed process, with which it is difficult to select the reasonable hydrolysis conditions and to determine the hydrolysis end-point By academic analysis and experimental research a bran-new process-alkali hydrolysis has been found, with which hydrolysis can be achieved under atmospheric pressure, and the rate of production is higher than that of Acid hydrolysis So it is a useful process for production, and deserves research and exploitation
