摘    要:目的:分析规律性有氧运动对女性毒品成瘾者身体成分的影响,旨在为更好地开展毒品成瘾者运动戒毒提供依据。方法:从云南省女子强制隔离戒毒所招募了110名生理脱毒期毒品依赖者,根据纳入标准,按照随机法分为实验组和对照组,实验组进行每3次/周、20min/次,为期8周的递增负荷跑台训练,对照组进行正常的教育戒治和一般的体力活动,实验结束后采用清华同方体测仪(BCA-1C)对实验前、后的身体成分进行测试,同时完成人口学调查问卷,并采用SPSS 21.0软件进行统计分析。结果:本次调查共发放问卷110份,其中传统海洛因组52人(47.3%)、新型毒品组43人(39.1%)、混合组15人(13.6%);递增负荷强度训练实验组训练前、后的BMI、去脂体重差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但基础代谢率、体脂百分比、腰臀比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组训练前、后的去脂体重指标差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其它体成分指标不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);递增负荷训练对传统毒品、新型毒品、混合毒品使用依赖者的BMI差异具有统计学意义(F=2.522,P=0.014<0.05),吸食的方式、年限2个指标对递增负荷训练前后毒品依赖者的BMI均有影响,且差异有统计学意义(F=8.733,P=0.024<0.05;F=5.493,P=0.035<0.05);而受教育情况、婚姻状况、户口情况在递增负荷训练前后对毒品依赖者的BMI的影响差异较小,无统计学意义(F=2.342,P=0.364;F=1.340,P=0.267;t=0.966,P=0.328)。结论:递增负荷训练可以改善毒品依赖者的身体成分,为科学化运动戒毒提供实验数据支撑。

Abstract:Objective:to analyze the influence of regular aerobic exercise on the body composition of female drug addicts,aiming to provide a basis for better drug detoxification via exercise.Methods:110 female drug addicts are recruited from Yunnan Women’s Compulsory Detoxification Center.According to the inclusion criteria,the experimental group and the control group are divided according to the random method.The experimental group was trained every 3 times/week,20 minutes/time,and 8 weeks of progressive load treadmill training.The control group underwent normal education and general physical activity.After the experiment,Tsinghua Tongfang Body Tester(BCA-1C)was used to test the body composition before and after the experiment.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0 software.Results:A total of 110 questionnaires were distributed in this survey,including 52 in the traditional heroin group(47.3%),43 in the new drug group(39.1%),and 15 in the mixed group(13.6%).There was a statistically significant difference in BMI and fat-removing body weight between the experimental group and the pre-and post-training group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in basal metabolic rate,body fat percentage and waist-to-hip ratio(P>0.05).The difference of the fat-removing body weight index before and after training in the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and other body composition indicators were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incremental load training used traditional drugs,new drugs,mixed drugs.The BMI difference of the dependent patients was statistically significant(F=2.522,P=0.014<0.05).The methods and year of smoking had an effect on the BMI of drug dependent patients before and after incremental load training,and the difference was statistically significant(F=8.733,P=0.024<0.05;F=5.493,P=0.035<0.05).Conclusions:incremental load training can improve the body composition of drug dependent patients and provide experimental data support for scientific sports detoxification.
