| 摘 要： | 美国职业拳击赛事运作模式具备成熟的法律条文、运作流程、监督管理与实践经验,对中国职业拳击赛事发展具有重要的参考、借鉴意义。运用文献资料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法等对中美职业拳击赛事运作模式中的各组成分分别进行系统化归纳与比较,并提出完善中国职业拳击赛事运作模式的发展建议。研究结果:美国职业拳击赛事运作有严格的法律制度保障和标准的执行程序以及规范的推广人、经纪人制度,赛事组织与管理科学、合理、严格、有序。我国职业拳赛缺乏应有的监管机构和法律制度的制约以及完善的推广人、经纪人制度,赛事组织草率、松散、管理无序。建议:我国在积极探索、发展、完善职业拳击赛事运作模式的同时,注重相关职业拳击赛事的法律法规的增补、成立行之有效的监管机构以及建立完善的经纪人和推广人制度。

| Abstract: | The operation mode of US professional boxing holds mature legislation,operation process,supervision and practice.This paper makes systematical conclusion and comparison on all parts of operation mode between the 2 countries via literature,field investigation and expert interview methods.Suggestions on perfecting Chinese mode is put forward.Results:US operation is strictly guaranteed by laws with standard execution process and regulated promoter and agent system.Its event management is scientific,rational,strict and in good order.In China,boxing events are in lack of supervision and law restriction.The promoter and agent system is underdeveloped,event organization is poor and management is in disorder.Suggestions:We should focus on legislation,effective supervision institutions,and the found of complete promoters and agents rules. |
