| 摘 要： | 该文对湖南省湘西地区近200名高职院校青年教师的教学能力、工作参与度和职业规划等方面进行了深入调研,基于高职青年教师培养与发展的现状,提出从加强培训制度建设、提升自主发展意识、提供良好环境以及提供制度支撑等几个方面入手,提升高职青年教师教学科研能力。

| Abstract: | Nearly 200 young teachers is surveyed from these aspects of teaching ability, job involvement and career planning in higher vocational colleges in western of Hunan province in this paper, then, the author think enhancing teaching and scientific research ability of young teachers from several aspects, such as strengthening the construction of training system, enhancing the consciousness of independent development, providing a good environment and system support. |
