| Abstract: | In the context of the modernization of vocational education and quality-oriented education,the head teachers in most secondary vocational schools,though aware of the importance of communication,only regard communication as a method or means of managing students,while today's vocational education requires the head teachers to take communication as a concept throughout the entire class management process.This not only deepens the connotation of communication,but also surpasses the traditional management concept,which has important practical significance to the improvement of the head teacher's work in secondary vocational schools. |
