| Abstract: | Foreign and technology park was established in the late 50s of last century.It is university-based and constantly interacted with the universities.The paper had a summary on the definition,characteristics,development,regional characteristics of science and technology park by the foreign scholars.It also sorted out the determinants of the development of science and technology park,the contribution of the research results with the policies. |
