| Abstract: | Taking the urbanization of Xinluo district as an example,this paper analyzes its current situations and existing problems.From the aspects of programming,constructing and managing the urbanization,the paper also proposes several countermeasures: establishing a city and town system,speeding up the construction of the central city and its small towns,and innovating systems. |
