| 摘 要： | 针对当前电网基建工程建设管理现状，以及在建设过程中出现的问题，文章对电网基建工程中的质量管理展开了分析探讨，在简单分析了电网基建工程质量管理问题的基础上，重点探讨了电网基建工程质量管理改进的策略，从全成员参与、全过程管理和全质量管理三个角度提出了电网基建工程建设质量管理的具体措施与建议，对于进一步提高电网基建工程质量管理应用水平具有一定借鉴和指导意义。

| Abstract: | The current status of power grid construction and management of infrastructure projects, and in the process of building problems, this paper on the grid infrastructure projects carried out in the analysis of quality management in the simple analysis of the grid infrastructure based on the quality of management, the focus of the network infrastructure to improve the quality of management strategies, from full participation, the whole process of management and Total Quality management of three infrastructure projects in the angle of the power grid construction quality management of specific measures and suggestions for further improve power quality management application level infrastructure projects has a reference and guidance. |
