| 摘 要： | 聚氨酯外墙保温复合板由于其性能优异将被广泛应用于建筑物的围护保温。现在已经开发的聚氨酯外墙保温复合板连续生产线采用国际通用的西门子公司S7-300系列可编程控制器及西门子SIMATIC网络控制，配合德国SEW伺服控制系统及ABB机器人。具有自动化程度高、性能稳定、生产效率高、性价比好等优点。

| Abstract: | Polyurethane sandwich panel will be widely used on building wall to achieve heat preservation since its fine advantages. In order to develop continuous production lines of PU panel with high automatic degree, stable capacity, high production efficiency and high ratio of performance to price, etc., the international programmable controller of Siemens S7-300 and SIMATIC network control is adopted to match with German SEW servo control system and ABB robot. |
