杭州地区瓶(桶)装饮用水中消毒副产物的风险评估

摘    要:运用食品安全指数评估模型,对饮用水中消毒副产物的危害性进行评估。结果显示,饮用水中消毒副产物中溴酸盐、亚氯酸盐和氯酸盐IFS最高值达到0.667、28.799和7.319,超出了可接受的风险水平,存在一定的质量安全风险,应将其纳入风险管理程序中。

Abstract:Appraised the hazzard of disinfection secondary-products in bottled drinking water using the appraising model of food safe exponent. The results showed that the highest value of IFS of bromate as well as chlorites and chlorate were 0.667, 28.799 and 7.319 respectively, which exceed accepted hazards standard. These disinfection secondary-products lead to the hazards of safe, and should be brought into hazards manage program.
