| 摘 要： | 哲学社会科学的研究能力和成果是综合国力的重要组成部分。社会科学成果的评价研究，引起了学术界与科研管理人员的浓厚的研究兴趣，彼此纷纷从不同的视角对社会科学成果评价体系进行了深入研究与探讨。当前，社会科学成果评价体系问题研究主要集中在建构意义、建构基础、建构原则、建构困境、理论框架等五个方面。从社会科学成果评价研究的发展轨迹来看，目前，经过学术共同体的集体努力，社会科学成果评价研究经过了一元化的定性评价或定量评价的阶段，逐步进入了采取多种评价指标相结合的、定性定量相结合的综合评价阶段。

| Abstract: | Research capabilities and results in philosophy and social science are an important part of comprehensive national strength. Evaluation of the social sciences results attracts strong interests of academics and research managers in the study, they research and study the system in depth from different perspectives. Currently, the research of social science achievements evaluation system focuses on the five aspects： construction significant, construction foundations, construction principles, construction difficulties, theoretical framework, etc. From the social science development path, through the collective efforts of the academic community, evaluation of social science achievements has passed through the stage of a unified qualitative or quantitative evaluation, and gradually steps into the stage of the combination of a variety of evaluation indexes, qualitative and quantitative evaluation. |
