| Abstract: | International science and technology cooperation can be divided into two basic forms, reciprocal and non-reciprocal cooperation. In the past, the majority form of China＇s science and technology cooperation with developed countries is non-reciprocal cooperation. Although this approach has achieved some success, it also came at a cost. This paper analyzes the causes of non-reciprocal nature of cooperation. On the basis of a correct understanding of China＇s current situation of foreign science and technology cooperation, and it also put forward a specific plan for selecting the basic form of foreign science and technology cooperation according to the evaluation of local conditions. |
