| 摘 要： | 学生工作是中外合作办学事业生存与发展不可忽视的环节。中外合作办学学生类群特征鲜明,学生工作起步晚、办学机构学生工作认识上存在误区、组织结构不合理等问题的存在,致使中外合作办学学生工作效率普遍低下。明确办学定位、优化组织结构、引进优质资源、构建网络平台、加强学生工作者队伍专业化建设,是提高中外合作办学学生工作水平的有效策略。
