| 摘 要： | 文章针对中小学师德建设普遍存在对自身角色定位不准、对自身角色评价不足、对自身角色情感淡漠、对自身角色价值模糊等问题,聚焦影响教师师德建设的五个因素,并提出了相应的对策,目的是促使教师通过将多种途径,积极提高自身教学水平,及时更新教育理念。
