| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的快速发展，网络已经渗透到社会的各个领域，人与人之间的交往在某些层次超越了物理世界的局限，而进入了另一个更强调个性化、自由化的空间，而与之相对的是，个人的私人空间在技术的发展下越来越狭小，如何在信息时代尤其是在虚拟的网络空间中保持个人隐私不受他人的非法干涉，是各国立法的新领域，尤其对于没有隐私立法传统的我国，更是一个挑战，也是我国适应时代要求的必然反应。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of information technology, networks have penetrated into every social field and communication among people has gone on certain levels beyond the limits of the physical world into a more individualized and liberalized space. Contrasted with such a space, the private space of an individual, with the development of technology, is becoming narrower and smaller. How to protect an individual's privacy from being illegally interfered in the information age, particularly in the virtual cyberspace, is a new field of lawmaking for countries all over the world. China is a country traditionally having no law about privacy. So to make law about the protection of privacy at the present time is to China a challenge and a reflection that responds to the needs of the times. |
