摘    要:添加不同含量的稀土氯化物LaCl3,制备了纳米晶体镍,采用透射电镜(TEM)和环境扫描电镜(ESEM)观察镀层的微观组织和结构.结果表明:添加LaCl3可以明显提高镀层表面光洁度、耐蚀性能,在加入1g/L LaCl3时,镀层具有最佳耐蚀性能.

Abstract:The rare earth compound LaCl3 (ReC) was added to the modified Watts bath to prepare nanocrystalline Ni by the use of pulse electrodeposition. The microstructure was analysed by TEM and SEM. The results are shown as follows:The surface fineness of the coating is improved by the addition of ReC, at same time the corrosion resistance of coatings is improved greatly. The best corrosion resistance will be obtained when the concentration of LaCl3 is 1 g/L.
