| 摘 要： | 高校学报当前的困境,既是学术体制不顺的表现,也是高校自身专业建设问题的反映,当然其中也包括学报办刊体制与刊物质量保障机制不健全的因素。解决学报的危机,首先要明确学报的办刊宗旨定位以及与之相对应的读者定位、功能定位和特色定位,从学术体制和办刊机制上着力,标本皆治,走特色化办刊之路。这是解决当前的办刊危机,实现高校学报新生的必由之路。

| Abstract: | The dilemma for present higher-learning journals is the reflection both non-clear academic system and the major construction issues which are of course,the pattern of editing and journal quality.In order to solve the mentioned problems it is firstly to settle the location of orientations such as the goal of journal and the reader,function and particularity.It is essential to take the road that individualization of journal edition on the basis academic system and editorial mechanism,to rectify it by looking into both its root cause and systems.This is a renewing way for higher-learning academic journals. |
