| 摘 要： | 情事变更原则是我国法系合同法中的重要法律原则，由于情事变更原则是对合同必须严守的突破，所以对该原则的援用应该规定严格的适用条件。本结合现有的研究成果，分析了情事变更原则的五个适用条件。

| Abstract: | Clausula Rebus sic Stanbitu is an important doctrine existing separately in the contract law of Common Law System and Civil Law System. As it is a rule to destroy the obey of a contract, there must be strict provisions to apply for the regulation.The thesis analyze the five applying provisions after studying the present research. |
