| 摘 要： | “国家利益主体”的价值观念,是中国化价值观念的突出体现,对目前体育社团改革是一种隐性的、力量巨大的制约因素。这种色孕民间和官方二重因素的体育社团,与西方体育社团的纯公民和纯自治性质具有显差别。这种体育社团组织以满足民族、国家的利益为生存和发展的前提,忽略社会中个体的意愿和需要,表现出很强的对政府的依赖性、较弱的自主与自治性。

| Abstract: | The value concept of the "main body of national benefit"is the prominent embodiment among the value concepts of Chinese culture and it is a recessive and great restricting factor for the reform of sports community.Such community containing both nongovernmental and governmental factors has a considerable difference with the western sports community having the characteristics of pure citizen and self-government.To meeting the requirements of national benefit as the living and developmental premise,this kind of sports community ignored the individual will and need in the society,represented a strong dependence to the government with weak self-determination and self-government. |
