| 摘 要： | 采用"职业压力源量表"和"MBI量表"对山东省278名竞技体育教练员职业压力与职业倦怠的现状及其关系进行了调研.结果表明,教练员职业压力来自运动员因素、工作一家庭冲突、组织结构和氛围、工作任务本身、职业发展以及人际关系6个方面,总体压力约居中等偏上程度.其职业倦怠趋于中度水平,但在去个性化层面上已较为明显.教练员职业压力源与职业倦怠存在着相关关系,压力源中的工作一家庭冲突、职业发展对情绪衰竭有着较强预测力;压力源中的工作任务本身、组织结构和氛围对去个性化有着较强预测力;压力源中的职业发展及运动员因素对低成就感有着较强预测力.而压力源中的人际关系对职业倦怠未有直接影响作用,可能是通过其他中介变量的影响间接作用于职业倦怠的,这尚需作进一步验证和考量.

| Abstract: | Applied both occupational sources of stress scale and MBI Scale ,an investigation on the situation and relation between occupational stress and its burnout is made on 278 athletic sports coaches in Shandong province.The result showed that coach occupational stress factors come from six areas:work-family conflict,organizational structure and atmosphere,the work of the task itself,career development and interpersonal relationship,the overall pressure is slightly above the moderate level.Burnout tends to moder... |
