| 摘 要： | 分析高校体育公共服务的动因,即缓解体育公共服务供给不足、发挥高校体育公共资源优势.阐述高校体育公共服务的政策法规及理论依据,明确高校体育公共服务的对象与内容.探讨高校体育公共服务的运行机制,如组织与管理,多渠道筹资的资金保障机制,监督、激励与评估机制,适时引入的市场机制,建立健全相关体育法规体系.
