| 摘 要： | 教学四项经费是教育部本科教学水平评估指标的一个重点项目,同时对于各高校来说,对其理解和统计也是一个难点问题。以此为切入点,对教学四项经费的具体涵义进行解读,对统计的政策依据以及当前统计过程中存在的问题提出解决的方法。

| Abstract: | The four educational expenditures are key points in the index of undergraduate teaching level evaluation by Ministry of Education.At the same time,they are difficult to understand and make statistic analysis for colleges and universities.This paper interprets the connotation of the four educational expenditures,and presents solutions to the policy foundation of the statistics and to the existing problems in the process of statistics. |
