| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和教学实验法研究分析若干普通高校排球选项课大纲进度、教学实践过程。研究认为:通过教学理念的转变,排球教材的优选,教学手段的改进和拓展排球项目的趣味性、竞争性和对抗性等特点来激发学生学习动机,使排球选项课程的开设能达到增强体质、增进健康的效果。

| Abstract: | Using the method of literature, questionnaire and teaching experiment method of analysis of several com- mon Volleyball Specialized Course in Colleges and universities, teaching outline schedule. Research suggests： through the change of teaching idea, the material selection of the vollegball teaching, improvement of the teaching method, and the development of volleyball fun, competitive and adversarial features, it can arouse students＇learn- ing motivation, make the volleyball course enhance students physique, and health. |
