| 摘 要： | 现代图书馆管理需要采用先进的管理模式与管理方法,平衡计分卡虽然是企业常采用的缋效评价工具,但它的思想也为众多的非营利性的组织或政府、高校等事业单位所借鉴.本文根据平衡计分卡的核心思想,提出适用于高校图书馆学科馆员服务的绩效评估方法,力求公正科学地评价学科馆员服务,从而提高学科馆员的工作效率,体现其价值.
